How it works

SafeMail is a web-based core email application. It gives you the ability to choose either secure encrypted delivery or advanced security with the ability to remotely control access to the documents.

1. Here is your secure login page.

2. After logging in, you'll compose a new message, populate the addressee line(s) manually or by selecting from the Address Book. Now you can choose Advanced protection. Click Next.

3. Select the policy options for your email. Click Send.

4. A message is sent to the recipients email.

5. The recipient signs up and creates a guest account.

6. Manage, Track, and Recall your message.

7. Manage the policy of a message after it has been sent.

8. Track all activities of the email.
