Welcome to TTL SafeMail
Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server is an
easy-to-use Web application for securely delivering and controlling valuable
e-mail and attachments shared internally or between companies. It is the only
content security application that offers two protection levels: Secure Delivery,
for point-to-point information security, and Secure Content, for continuous
information protection after delivery.
Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server allows organizations or individual users to
apply the appropriate level of content protection on a message-by-message or
document-by-document basis.
128-Bit Encryption -
delivers strong content security and ensures data integrity
Secure Delivery - Secure Delivery ensures
that e-mail and attachments reach intended recipients safely and securely.
Information is encrypted on the Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server and securely
delivered to recipients. Any file type can be encrypted including document
files, spreadsheets, PDF files, and CAD data. Once recipients access and
download information, they control its distribution and can modify content as
needed. An expiration date can be set to automatically expire information on
Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server after a designated period of time. The
Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server automatically notifies senders via a
delivery receipt when recipients access information.
Secure Content - Secure Content employs
patented Active Rights Management™ technology to provide an unmatched level of
security and control over information both during and after delivery to
recipients. Content remains encrypted throughout its lifecycle and the sender
continuously controls and manages it after it's downloaded to a recipient's
machine. The sender always retains control over the recipient's ability to
forward, print and copy/select text, and can recall or expire that information
at anytime after delivery.
Thomas Technologies SafeMail Server's Secure Content option
works like an "Electronic Guardian" for messages and documents by
providing continuous encryption and control both during and after delivery. This
protection method is useful in environments where the confidential or
proprietary nature of information requires that the sender maintain control over
who accesses the content and how they can use it throughout the content's
lifecycle (e.g., For financial institutes that advise its clients of wire
transfer confirmations.).
